We fully test and report on all injectors before and after cleaning. This is the only way to know if the cleaning process has worked, when we test injectors we look for good spray patern and flow rates and any solenoid failure throughout the range. All injectors are tested from 600 - 10,000 rpms. We also perform leak tests with the pintle in the closed position at a pressure of 140 psi to check for any injector leakage. |
